IT Support Technician – Tamworth

VIQU Limited have partnered with a leading IT company in Tamworth who are seeking an IT Technician to provide technical assistance and support to their clients.

This is a multi-site role, requiring the candidate to travel to other sites depending on company requirements. The successful candidate will work from the office in Tamworth and on client sites, primarily located within the Midlands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients on-site
  • Configure devices and set up rooms
  • Offer technical assistance and software support
  • Deliver IT training sessions
  • Collaborate with Network Managers and Senior Consultants to develop site infrastructures

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a 2nd line support role
  • Experience with Intune, Active Directory, and Networking
  • MUST have a valid UK driving license and own transport
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
