Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales, sourcing, design, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless order administration and efficient processes.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to anticipate product demands and drive business growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and factories, including order placement, follow-ups, and price negotiations.
  • Oversee product development and order delivery in collaboration with factories, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Confirm orders and coordinate bulk production with buyers and vendors, ensuring accurate and efficient logistics.
  • Handle Letter of Credit (L/C) opening procedures and ensure smooth inspection processes.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics and ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in merchandising, production coordination, or a similar role within a supplier, manufacturer, or trading office, with a strong background in fashion and textiles.
  • Experience managing relationships with multiple offshore production teams.
  • Ability to work independently, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Full Right to Work status in the UK.
