Vault Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vault Assistant to join our team at DivalentineCalver Recruitment Ltd. As a Vault Assistant, you will play a critical role in the smooth operation of our warehouse and strong room.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the strong room and warehouse, ensuring that all shipments are properly stored and secured.
  • Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of shipments, verifying seal numbers and documentation.
  • Conduct daily stock reviews and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with the imports and export departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the strong room and warehouse.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management or directors.
Requirements:
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Have a good knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Be a team player, with the ability to work with members of staff in other departments.
  • Have sound knowledge of IT, including Word and Excel.
