About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention for individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention for individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement trauma-informed psychological services.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training and education programs for staff and service users.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to improve mental health outcomes for service users.
Requirements
  • Doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology or equivalent.
  • Eligibility for BPS CPsychol (Chartered Psychologist) and HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team and contributing to the development of trauma-informed services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and service users to develop and implement effective interventions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
