Stericycle is a leading provider of compliance-based solutions that protect people and brands, promote health and well-being, and safeguard the environment. We are seeking an Inside Account Executive to drive sales growth and revenue development within our independent customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Manage existing client relationships to maximize growth potential and reduce revenue losses
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance the service offering available to customers
- Use SFDC and other company-defined IT systems to effectively manage pipelines, report activity, and track sales
- Attend internal meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on market opportunities and promote a positive sales attitude
- Investigate and resolve customer satisfaction complaints and service issues
- Ability to demonstrate basic sales skills, including listening, questioning, and negotiation
- Industry-relevant sales experience is not essential, but a demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and retention is required
- Skilled in building and leveraging relationships over the phone
- Excellent time management, self-discipline, and organizational skills
