Job Title: Inside Account Executive RWCS

Job Purpose: The Inside Account Executive will drive sales revenue growth by identifying opportunities and managing relationships with assigned customers to achieve set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing client relationships to maximize growth potential and reduce revenue losses.
- Work closely with sales colleagues, leadership teams, and regional operations to enhance the service offering.
- Use SFDC and other company-defined IT systems to manage pipelines, report activity, and track sales.
- Attend internal meetings and trainings to maintain a positive and professional sales attitude.
- Follow Stericycle policies and procedures to ensure customer service, security, and environmental consciousness.
Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate basic sales skills, including listening, questioning, summarizing, providing, negotiating, and closing.
- Industry-relevant sales experience is not essential, but a demonstrable track record of driving sales growth, retention, or territory management is required.
- Skilled in building and leveraging relationships over the phone and using good account management, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a matrix environment and understand sales-related IT systems (Salesforce.com).
