Construction Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Programme Manager to join our team at Barratt Developments. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the week-to-week management of multiple sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate construction programmes across multiple sites, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Develop and implement site strategies and plans, working closely with other divisional departments.
- Monitor and control costs, labour, materials, and customer care, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, NHBC requirements, and building regulations.
- Provide professional support and coaching to site management teams, promoting skills development and best practices.
- Liaise with internal departments, external suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Extensive experience in construction programme management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide site management teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction management principles, health and safety regulations, and building codes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
