About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Programme Manager to join our team at Barratt Developments. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the week-to-week management of multiple sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving project delivery to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
  • Develop and implement site strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and information flow
  • Monitor and report on site performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to site management teams
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in construction programme management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire site management teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Knowledge of construction management principles, including health and safety, quality, and customer care
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external stakeholders
