Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical IT Systems Training Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Clinical Systems Training Team in delivering high-quality training to our staff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a good understanding of Clinical Systems and be able to provide support and guidance to staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling trainers' diaries and booking staff onto training.
  • Provide administrative support to the Training Team, including maintaining records and responding to queries.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs, including identifying training needs and developing training materials.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff on Clinical Systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of training and support services.
