We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Anchor. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care are achieved and maintained in our care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer medication to residents
- Review and update resident care plans to ensure individual needs are met
- Mentor and support less experienced staff members
- Complete return to work discussions and staff supervisions
Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or be working towards it
- Have a passion for care and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Be able to work as part of a dynamic team and take on a leadership role
