Care Assistant

Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join their team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of personal care to residents, ensuring their dignity and respect are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence and dignity.
Recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and risk of falls, and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
Acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
Practicing safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Experience is not required, as we offer a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence within the role.
