Key Responsibilities
- The IT Support Analyst will ensure superior customer service for our staff, field teams, and clients, managing all business-as-usual (BAU) tickets promptly.
- Taking ownership of incidents and service requests, the analyst will strive to resolve issues efficiently, escalating to the relevant team when necessary.
- Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software across various devices and applications.
- Managing user accounts and permissions, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Setting up new accounts and provisioning new hardware.
- Maintaining an up-to-date IT knowledge base with insights gained from resolving incidents and service requests to enhance resilience and knowledge sharing.
- Providing on-site support for customers based on a scheduled rota.
- Continuously pursuing personal development and acquiring new skills and technologies to foster innovation and automation in processes and procedures.
- Facilitating the adoption and support of new applications and functionalities within the IT team.
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in troubleshooting the Windows operating system effectively.
- Experience in delivering outstanding customer service in dynamic environments, showcasing adaptability and resilience in handling technical complexities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT.
- Proficient understanding of the Microsoft technology stack.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in troubleshooting database and data-related issues.
- Proven skills in application troubleshooting across web, mobile, API, and SaaS platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
