Your Role

  • 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)

  • A Cleaning Operations Leader will guide and inspire a team of Cleaning Assistants, ensuring adherence to cleaning schedules and maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment
  • It is essential that our residents reside in a clean, safe, and pleasant atmosphere that feels like home. Your leadership and care for the team and environment are crucial in achieving this.

What qualifications do I need?

  • Teamwork is vital – a happy team leads to happy residents and a harmonious home
  • Prior experience in housekeeping services is preferred, ideally within a dementia care setting
  • Experience is not mandatory, as we provide all necessary training and support; what matters is your caring nature, enthusiasm, and energy
  • Effective communication skills and a flexible approach are essential
  • A genuine compassion for older individuals and their needs, ensuring respect and dignity for all
  • Knowledge of infection control practices is advantageous
  • Ideally, candidates should possess NVQ / QCF Level 2 qualifications in Catering and Housekeeping or demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills.
