Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team at Compass Associates. As a leading provider of community pharmacy services, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services. This will involve supervising the procurement, preparation, and dispensation of medicines, as well as providing clinical advice and support to patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the pharmacy team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services
  • Oversee the procurement, preparation, and dispensation of medicines
  • Provide clinical advice and support to patients
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BSc, or BPharm)
  • GPhC registration
  • Experience in community pharmacy (preferred but not essential)
  • Passion for high-quality care
  • Motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
