Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Innovate: Manage a talented team to deliver effective commissioning services for children looked after, driving innovation and ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery, focusing on placements for children in care and care leavers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with partners, providers, stakeholders, and those with lived experience to create integrated, high-quality services that truly meet the needs of children and families.
- Performance Excellence: Oversee complex commissioning activities, utilising your expertise in strategic planning, performance monitoring, and data analysis to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in managing high-value, complex commissioning activities, particularly in children's services.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage service development projects, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
