Salary: £26-28,000pa + overtime OTE c£34,000pa

Our client, a distinguished leader in their sector, renowned for their long-standing partnerships and commitment to excellence, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to enhance their team.

This role presents a remarkable opportunity for an enthusiastic team player who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

The position is office-based and requires flexibility for overtime on a scheduled basis, including weekends.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to inquiries and concerns via phone and email.
  • Keeping clients informed with timely updates.
  • Resolving issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintaining data accuracy on specialized software.
  • Collaborating with external support teams and manufacturers to meet client requirements.
  • Providing general assistance as needed.


Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a comparable role is essential.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • A consistent career history.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.


Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Additional Information:
After comprehensive training, out-of-office hours support will be required on a rota basis.

Due to the office location, personal transportation is necessary.
