Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our Direct Sales Team at Aviva. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customers receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities- Answering inbound calls and following up on qualified outbound opportunities to support customers through their health sales journey.
- Providing fully advised quotations and assisting customers through the online journey to give them the information they need.
- Building customer relationships and loyalty by asking the right questions at the right time to get the customer the correct policy to meet their needs.
- Weighing up information and making accurate recommendations about the policy.
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience in a Sales/Customer Service-related role.
- Ability to be empathetic towards customers and support them through potentially difficult periods.
- Good fact-finding skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of insurance products/financial services is a plus, but not essential.
- Starting salary of £28,500 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's).
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
