We are seeking an experienced Serious Injury Lawyer to join our esteemed team at Themis Recruit. As a leading law firm, we are committed to delivering exceptional client care and achieving outstanding results in serious injury claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling a caseload of claimant Serious Injury claims, predominately RTA-based, with values ranging from 150K+
  • Delivering excellent client care to those who have experienced traumatic and life-changing events
  • Supporting Senior lawyers with leadership and motivation of the team
  • Conducting regular technical and case reviews, providing feedback and mentoring
  • Communicating with clients and meetings with a multi-disciplinary team of experts
  • Analysis of evidence and research of legal issues on liability, causation, and quantum
  • Drafting documents, including statements, pleadings, and schedules of loss
  • Securing early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation
  • Optimising client settlements
Person Specification
  • Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEx
  • Proven experience dealing with serious injury claims
  • Committed to delivering excellent client care
  • Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and objection handling
  • Accountable for achieving objectives in a fast-paced environment with high work quality standards
  • Competent with case management systems, and a good knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail
