Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Serious Injury Costs team, you will engage in various tasks, including:
- Managing case progression in accordance with internal service level agreements and regulatory standards.
- Maintaining the integrity of our internal databases and case management systems.
- Overseeing the processing of damages and costs payments, including disbursements.
- Actively pursuing outstanding costs and initiating enforcement procedures when necessary.
- Adhering to established processes for the recovery of Payments on Account.
- Contributing to the internal Billing Governance Forum by providing accurate financial data to assist in cost recovery decisions.
- Identifying potential financial risks within cases and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You should consider applying if you possess:
- Proven experience in an administrative or financial capacity.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- The ability to interpret and analyze both written and numerical information effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to negotiate and influence outcomes.
- Initiative to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
It would be advantageous if you have:
- Previous experience with Proclaim software.
- A background in costs management or personal injury law.
- A commitment to professional development within the personal injury sector.
