Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed registered nurses to join our brand-new Flex Force team. As a registered nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to work in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions.

Main Duties of the Job

As a registered nurse at HC-One, you will:

  • Build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment
  • Develop complex decision-making and collaborative skills
  • Make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable
  • Guide and support them in life-changing decisions
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Flex Force team and work in a variety of care homes across the West Lothian area. You will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work around your studies, family life, or other commitments. We offer a guaranteed set pay each month, and you will remain in control of your working week and the shifts you pick up.

Person Specification

We are looking for registered nurses with a valid Pin number and a commitment to their profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC. You will have a passion to mentor and share your knowledge with your Colleagues, along with providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students. You will understand the importance of effective communication, both verbally and written, and role model professional behaviours.
