We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the operations of a Residential Development in Leatherhead. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, including alternative Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team to deliver an exceptional service to residents and ensure the building's safety and compliance.
- Develop and implement a strategy for lettings to maximize rental capacity.
- Plan and execute events to engage with the local community.
- Handle escalated complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Liaise with other departments as needed, including maintenance, facilities, and finance.
- Oversee recruitment and training for on-site staff.
- Excellent knowledge of building compliance, health and safety, and maintenance standards.
- Experience in hotels, hospitality, residential building management, serviced office management, or high-end fitness and leisure management.
