We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team at Windsor. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every customer leaves happy and wanting to return.
The Role:We are looking for a strong communicator with natural leadership skills to take the lead when our managers are not present. You will be responsible for working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure all team members are trained and equipped to provide excellent service
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
