What You'll Do

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with learning disabilities and autism live fulfilling lives within their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care (bathing, showering, toileting), medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Providing companionship and engaging in social activities to promote well-being and independence.
  • Supporting clients in achieving their personal goals and aspirations.
  • Maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for our clients.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • A compassionate and caring nature with excellent communication skills.
  • Current membership of the PVG scheme and registered with SSSC, or be prepared to register.
