What You'll DoAs a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with learning disabilities and autism live fulfilling lives within their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care (bathing, showering, toileting), medication management, and meal preparation.
- Providing companionship and engaging in social activities to promote well-being and independence.
- Supporting clients in achieving their personal goals and aspirations.
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
- A compassionate and caring nature with excellent communication skills.
- Current membership of the PVG scheme and registered with SSSC, or be prepared to register.
