About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in Airdrie and Coatbridge. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and additional support needs in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal planning, cooking, and household chores.
  • Accompany individuals to appointments, shopping, and social activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality support and care.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A caring and compassionate attitude.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • The ability to cook and prepare meals.
  • Confidence in the use of computers.
  • A full UK driving license and confidence to drive the individuals' cars.
