We're seeking a dynamic Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Canterbury, Kent. As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the heart of our business, building relationships with schools and education professionals while delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll be responsible for growing your business by identifying new opportunities and providing outstanding account management. This is a client-facing role that requires strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain successful relationships with schools and candidates.
We're looking for sales professionals with a proven track record of success, ideally in recruitment or a related sector. Alternatively, we're open to sales enthusiasts with transferable sales experience and a passion for customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
