Paid Search Strategist

The Paid Search Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid search strategies that deliver strong ROI and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager to implement our paid media strategy and optimize campaign performance.
- Provide expert advice and support to our markets on paid search optimization strategies and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of strategies and plans to enhance and maximize the global ROI of paid media.
- Execute paid search conversion rate tests, collect performance data, and utilize insights to drive optimization activities in global markets.
- Develop and maintain best practice documents and guides to share with markets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google product betas and integrate successful ones into our best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with markets, keeping them informed of campaign progress and success.
- Monitor, analyze, and provide detailed reports and recommendations on paid media performance for markets, including audits and ROI analysis.
- Investigate account and agency issues and identify best-practice resolutions.
- Support Quality Score improvements across accounts.
- Share paid search insights with the SEO team and other digital channels.
- Use organic search insights to inform paid search strategies.
- Set up and manage accounts or campaigns as needed to drive acquisition.
- Lead the creation, development, and management of paid landing pages, collaborating with UX/CRO to test new features and implement proven features on the main website.
- Assist with expanding into other paid marketing channels, such as Paid Social, Local Service Ads, Display, and Video advertising.
- Google Ads Specialist certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in paid search marketing.
- Experience with Lookerstudio, budget management, and working for an agency.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in Google Ads Paid Search.
- Google Ads Certified.
- Google Ads Interface and Editor experience.
- Experience with analysis and reporting.
