The Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to drive sustainable growth and lead innovation in the aggregates and asphalt industry. As a Regional Technical Manager, you will work closely with our Technical Director and regional management team to ensure our products meet the highest standards while driving our Circular Economy strategy.

You will lead and develop a motivated technical team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Your expertise and leadership skills will enable you to inspire and develop your team, and you will be committed to sustainability and innovation. You will have significant experience in quarry and asphalt operations, bringing a deep understanding of industry standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a motivated technical team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Ensure product quality across our quarry and asphalt sites, meeting and exceeding industry standards.
  • Support customer technical needs, providing expert guidance and solutions.
  • Drive our sustainability initiatives, aligning with our Circular Economy and CDM strategies.
  • Collaborate with the regional management team to implement and refine business strategies.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in quarry and asphalt operations, bringing a deep understanding of industry standards and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a motivated technical team.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability and innovation principles, with a commitment to driving our Circular Economy strategy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the regional management team to implement and refine business strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide technical support and solutions to customers.
