As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of tasks to maintain landscaped areas, gardens, and open spaces owned by the Group. Key Responsibilities: * Undertake grounds maintenance work within your assigned region, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and meet the Group's standards. * Provide community insight, reporting any environmental issues, community safety concerns, or resident feedback to the Environmental Supervisor as appropriate. * Ensure work activities are compliant with the organisation's policies and procedures, as well as external statutory and regulatory obligations. About You: We are looking for someone with: * Environmental Services / grounds maintenance experience. * Ability to undertake manual work. * Customer-focused with excellent communication skills. * Clean driving licence. * Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
