We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaning Specialist to contribute to our operations on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks that encompass both indoor and outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing cleaning tasks in both internal and external areas as instructed by management, including shared spaces and outdoor settings.
  • Employing various cleaning tools such as vacuums, buffers, and mops.
  • Performing caretaking duties, including clearing rubbish chutes and ensuring the functionality of fire safety equipment.
  • Engaging in outdoor responsibilities such as waste clearance and managing fly tipping.
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations by conducting regular inspections and reporting any concerns.
  • Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential hazards.
  • Additional responsibilities may include mail distribution and painting communal areas.
  • Willingness to work weekend and evening shifts as required.
  • Flexibility to operate in various locations where our customers reside.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in physically demanding roles such as cleaning or caretaking.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and powered cleaning equipment.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Understanding of COSHH and Health and Safety regulations.
  • Physical fitness and strength for manual tasks.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license.
