Job Title: Lettings Manager - Residential Lettings Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Letting Agents and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential lettings business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Letting Agents to ensure excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the marketing and promotion of our residential lettings services to attract new clients and increase market share.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our lettings operations.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our lettings business and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a lettings management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Knowledge of the residential lettings market and industry trends.
