Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Taylor Woodrow, a leading infrastructure project delivery company. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our projects, working closely with our project teams to ensure financial objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the Early Contractor Involvement phase of the project, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
- Lead procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best value for our clients.
- Manage contractual risks, providing expert advice to the project team to mitigate potential issues.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure financial objectives are met and project milestones are achieved.
- Prepare and negotiate valuations, final accounts, and variations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Extensive experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role, ideally within large civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant software packages.
