Job Title: Assistant Stores

At Phoebe Philo, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Stores professional to support our D2C Ecommerce Logistics daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing, return management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track daily outbound and return orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate with courier partners to investigate shipment claims and resolve any Customs issues during clearance processing.
  • Provide documentation to assist in clearing shipments through Customs and work closely with Customer Service and Private Client departments to resolve Logistics-related customer queries.
  • Liaise with 3PL in Europe daily and respond to queries regarding orders.
  • Manage and resolve customer claims for return or repair, coordinating with Production teams.
  • Assist with invoice administration and work with the Logistics Coordinator to monitor warehouse SLAs for order picking, packing, and return processing.
  • Support the department and management with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and expenses.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of Logistics experience, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
  • Strong customer service skills and knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on multiple priorities.
  • Strong initiative and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Flexibility to travel to European warehouse.
  • Italian language is a plus.
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
