About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Substantial Group. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and data to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, with a willingness to travel regularly
