Role Overview

As a vital member of our Retail team, you will take on the role of Concession Manager, overseeing our concession operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the concession meets its objectives while delivering outstanding commercial and operational results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing long-term strategic goals for the concession
  • Overseeing overall concession performance and operations
  • Leading the team to provide exceptional customer service through personalized experiences

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service through effective team leadership
  • Strong visual merchandising and commercial product management skills
  • Ability to balance customer service, operational, technical, and visual aspects of the role
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic retail environment
  • Self-motivated, focused, and driven to achieve both team and individual objectives
  • Excellent people management skills, capable of inspiring team performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
