Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Sales and Performance to lead our sales function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
