The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the Equipment Resource Coordinator position in our inventory department at Panavision in Greenford, London.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing equipment scheduling for maximum utilization, collaborating with internal and external teams to meet rental demands worldwide, and identifying and resolving equipment shortages.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient equipment allocation strategies to meet customer demands
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless equipment delivery and rental processes
- Proactively identify and resolve equipment shortages, sourcing sub-rentals as needed
- Work closely with rental and sales teams to anticipate equipment needs and optimize inventory levels
- Manage daily export bookings, prioritizing cost-efficiency and timely delivery
