Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a Community Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee our dedicated team. This role is based in a vibrant community setting and involves managing a pharmacy that processes approximately 11,000 items monthly.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Utilize your management experience to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of practice.
- A Master's Degree in Pharmacy.
- An active GPhC registration.
- A minimum of one year of management experience in a pharmacy setting.
This position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule, providing a healthy work-life balance with no weekend shifts required.
