About the Role:

The main duties of this role include:

  • Ensuring shifts are planned with Residential Support Workers
  • Managing risks and ensuring they are safely managed in line with company policies and procedures
  • Communicating effectively with the team regarding daily plans
  • Providing reports and documentation using our paperless systems and tools
  • Reviewing young people's care plans and associated documentation
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing positive parenting and support to young people
  • Managing and leading a team of Residential Support Workers
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the residential home
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people
Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviors
  • Qualifications in a relevant field, such as childcare or youth work
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
