Assistant Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join our team at Crisp Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving brand strategy and communications across all channels.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly successful manufacturer in the cosmetics industry, with over 25 years of experience and a strong reputation for innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Manage and execute day-to-day marketing activities, including project management, activity tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels
- Develop and coordinate marketing and communication plans to include launch programs, promotional activity, email campaigns, advertising, exhibitions, and events
- Build relationships with and support management of third-party agencies, including PR and editorial, copywriters, collateral, and merchandising production
- Minimum of 3 years marketing experience, preferably in the retail, fashion, cosmetics, or beauty industry
- Degree educated in marketing or business
- Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Results-driven and creative, with excellent analytical skills
