We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Bakkavor Group. In this exciting role, you will provide management accounts support to the operations and development team, and build a proactive and effective business partnering relationship with the site teams.

  • Ensure accurate costings are built for all development activity, highlighting potential risks or opportunities.
  • Liaise with Development, Commercial and Operations to accurately capture relevant information and communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Maintenance of costing master data in finance systems.
  • Ensure accurate and effective management accounts are prepared and that exceptions are identified and highlighted.
  • Support business managers to ensure they understand the information provided and are utilising it to improve performance.
  • Generating ad-hoc information which will support the analysis of business performance or the understanding of standard costs.
  • Supporting the generation of the operational elements of a rolling forecast - reviewing the results and delivering feedback.
  • Identifying areas of improvement and weaknesses - suggesting modifications as appropriate.
  • Working across the sector to align business partnering processes.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience of a similar role within a fast-paced food manufacturing or FMCG environment. You will be qualified or working towards relevant qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA or equivalent and possess the ability to manage large volumes of data into usable formats.
