About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Finance Business Partner at Bakkavor Group. As a key member of our operations and development team, you will provide management accounts support and build a proactive and effective business partnering relationship with our site teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate costings are built for all development activity, highlighting potential risks or opportunities.
  • Liaise with Development, Commercial, and Operations to accurately capture relevant information and communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain costing master data in finance systems.
  • Prepare accurate and effective management accounts, identifying exceptions and highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Support business managers to ensure they understand the information provided and are utilizing it to improve performance.
  • Generate ad-hoc information to support the analysis of business performance or the understanding of standard costs.
  • Support the generation of the operational elements of a rolling forecast, reviewing results and delivering feedback.
  • Identify areas of improvement and weaknesses, suggesting modifications as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a fast-paced food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data into usable formats.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, customer service, and Excel skills.
