About the Role

As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer journey at END., ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service and exceeding expectations. You'll work closely with the Store Manager, leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure seamless store operations, consistently upholding brand standards and procedures.
  • Be prepared to step into a managerial role as needed, providing guidance and support to the team.
  • Empower your team with in-depth product knowledge and industry insights, fostering a culture of expertise and excellence.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exemplary customer service techniques and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Drive sales performance by motivating and coaching your team to achieve and surpass established targets.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, proactively communicating insights and recommendations to the Store Manager.
  • Maintain a visually appealing and consistent store environment, adhering to merchandising guidelines and visual standards.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all store operations, including processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Contribute to financial accountability by supporting the Store Manager in managing wage budgets, shrinkage, and revenue streams.
  • Prioritize workplace safety and cultivate a positive and healthy environment for both staff and customers.
