Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Weekend Receptionist to join our team at JCT600 in Chesterfield. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors and callers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers and visitors, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls in a timely and professional manner, adhering to company standards.
  • Ensure all visitors receive a warm and welcoming experience, with prompt attention to their needs.
  • Utilize our email and database system to record and distribute messages accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide refreshments and support to customers and visitors, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze switchboard and outgoing calls to provide detailed information on enquiry levels.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to inspire confidence in customers.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a customer-centric approach.
  • A passionate and proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer service.
