Sales Valetor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Valetor at our Mercedes-Benz site in Chesterfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer vehicles are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards, ready for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest standard of care and presentation of all vehicles displayed, sold, and serviced.
• Valet customer and Company vehicles in line with Company and Brand standards, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Conduct initial inspections of vehicles delivered to site, identifying any damage or defects and reporting them to management.

Requirements:

• A customer-centric approach, striving to deliver service above expectations.
• Previous experience in vehicle valeting or detailing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• A flexible and dynamic approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Honest, reliable, and friendly, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• A driving license free from excessive penalties.
