About the Role

Gallagher is seeking a skilled Broker Placement Manager to join our South Coast broking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing our placement strategy for new and existing business, focusing on building strong relationships with underwriters and carriers to negotiate the most favorable terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and coordinate broking strategy with account handlers and account executives
  • Lead negotiations with insurers to secure placement solutions
  • Work with new business producers to position opportunities with insurers and enhance our market position
  • Establish and cultivate insurer relationships within the region
  • Engage with insurers to manage pipeline opportunities and provide market insight
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Placement Broker is desirable
  • Experience in Property, Liability, and Fleet insurance packages
  • Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Cert CII/Dip CII is desirable
  • Eligible to work in the UK
