About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Manager to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage a range of tasks, including property inspections, maintenance, and liaison with clients, landlords, and tenants.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet all legal requirements.
  • Manage the online reporting system daily, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Handle tenant notices and prepare Section 21 notices, as well as negotiate deposits at the end of tenancies.
  • Coordinate tenancy renewals between landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Complete management inspections on a regular schedule, ensuring properties meet all legal requirements.
  • Manage the property database and CRM system (Reapit), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Handle tenant utility bills during move-ins and move-outs, ensuring seamless transitions.
