Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Reed Coventry. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the transactional side of our company accounts, working closely with our Managing Director and auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales ledger, including credit control and invoicing
  • Monitor cash flow and manage expenses
  • Set up and manage supplier accounts
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with purchase ledger and other financial tasks as required

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a multi-skilled accounts role
  • Experience with Sage accounting software is highly desirable
  • AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
