Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stroke Medicine Specialist to join our team at Triple West Medical. As a Consultant in Stroke Medicine, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our stroke services.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong clinical background in Stroke Medicine, with a focus on providing safe, effective, and personalized care to patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of stroke patients
  • Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Contribute to the development of our stroke services, including education and training programs
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Primary Medical Degree
  • Full GMC registration (essential)
  • GMC specialist registration or within 6 months of being eligible in General (Internal) Medicine and Geriatric Medicine
  • MRCP or equivalent
  • Well-developed effective leadership and management skills
  • Recent clinical experience in Stroke and General Internal Medicine
