We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stroke Medicine Specialist to join our team at Triple West Medical. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our stroke services.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Consultant who specializes in Stroke Medicine to work on a substantive or NHS Fixed Term basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in General Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, with a focus on stroke care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of stroke patients
  • Develop and implement stroke care pathways and protocols
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of stroke services and education

Requirements:

  • Primary Medical Degree
  • Full GMC registration
  • GMC specialist registration or within 6 months of being eligible in General (Internal) Medicine and Geriatric Medicine
  • MRCP or equivalent
  • Well-developed effective leadership and management skills
  • Recent clinical experience in Stroke and General Internal Medicine
