Case Management Administrator

As a Case Management Administrator, you will serve as the crucial link between our clients' Underwriter and various stakeholders, including customers, introducers, third-party property specialists, and solicitors, from the initial application stage through to completion.
Your role will involve ensuring that customer documentation is handled efficiently to facilitate a seamless transition from application to funding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Underwriting colleagues with their ongoing applications.
- Monitor personal and team email inboxes for incoming inquiries and documents.
- Respond to telephone inquiries from Brokers and direct Borrowers regarding new applications.
- Accurately manage the submission process, ensuring precise data entry to support a smooth transition to underwriting, while logging all new inquiries in the CRM system.
- Process applications from the receipt of documentation to submission to underwriting, completing necessary information on relevant systems and conducting essential fraud prevention checks.
- Organize new applications received, providing an initial case assessment, reviewing the Assets & Liabilities of the borrower, and requesting any additional information needed by the Underwriter.
- Obtain consent for second charges from existing Lenders.
- Proactively manage a pipeline of approximately 50 cases for the Underwriter to meet completion targets, ensuring timely requests for information from customers and third parties.
- Provide updates to customers and other stakeholders, ensuring that required information is requested within service level agreements.
- Ensure all data entry and system notations are completed accurately and within agreed service level agreements for all new transactions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with brokers, introducers, customers, and colleagues to foster and sustain positive working relationships.
- Prepare necessary documentation for valuation, Asset Manager/Project Monitoring Surveyor, and Legal instructions for the Underwriter.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on minimizing customer effort while maximizing business objectives.
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity.

- High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities to ensure cases are funded in an optimal timeframe.
